A few weeks ago, I stumbled across one of Marion's recipes and decided to try it out. This recipe is great for those days when you don't feel like cooking and nothing in the fridge looks appetizing. 😋
Ingredients:
200g Spaghetti
75g Unsalted Butter
2 Chopped Garlic Cloves
1 tsp Red Pepper Flakes
2½ tbsp Soy Sauce
2½ tbsp Oyster Sauce
3 tbsp Parmesan Cheese (or more 😉)
2 tbsp Sliced Green Onions
~100ml Leftover Pasta Water
Instructions:
Start out by boiling your pasta for the recommended length of time given on the package. While your pasta is boiling, finely chop the garlic and green onions. Heat the butter, garlic, red pepper flakes, soy sauce, and oyster sauce in a sauce pan (big enough to fit your pasta). Once your pasta is finished boiling, add it to the sauce pan and pour in your parmesan cheese. If the sauce looks too thick, add in some of your leftover pasta water a little at a time. Bon Appetit!
